Thank you for shopping with us! Here at Vintage on The Run, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Earrings:

• If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return, email us at vintageontherun@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
• We will offer a replacement for damaged or defective earrings & and cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged.
